البورصة تفحص طلب زيادة رأس المال «أطلس للاستثمار» 50 مليون جنيه
أعلنت البورصة المصرية أن شركة أطلس للاستثمار والصناعات الغذائية تقدمت بمستندات قيد زيادة رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع من 65.128 مليون جنيه إلى 115.128 مليون جنيه. وأوضحت البورصة أن الزيادة الجديدة تبلغ 50 مليون جنيه، موزعة على 500 مليون سهم، بقيمة اسمية 0.10 جنيه للسهم، يتم سدادها نقدًا من خلال اكتتاب لقدامى المساهمين، وذلك بموجب شهادة إيداع بنكية. وأضافت أن المستندات المقدمة من الشركة جارٍ دراستها وفحصها واستكمالها، تمهيدًا لعرضها على لجنة القيد بالبورصة المصرية لاتخاذ القرار المناسب بشأنها.Dutch central bank moves gold bars out of U.S. and Canada, citing ‘crisis preparedness’
