البورصة تنفذ صفقة على أسهم «فوري» بـ 194 مليون جنيه
أعلنت البورصة المصرية تنفيذ صفقة على أسهم شركة فوري لتكنولوجيا البنوك والمدفوعات الإلكترونية، اليوم الاثنين ، في إطار نظام الإثابة والتحفيز للعاملين بالشركة. وأوضحت البورصة، في إفصاح لها، أنه تم تنفيذ نقل ملكية 11.019 مليون سهم من أسهم الشركة، بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 194.04 مليون جنيه، وذلك ضمن برنامج الإثابة والتحفيز المخصص للعاملين. ويُعد نظام الإثابة والتحفيز أحد الآليات التي تعتمدها الشركات المدرجة لربط مصالح العاملين والإدارة بأداء الشركة، من خلال منحهم أسهماً أو حقوقاً في الأسهم، بما يسهم في تعزيز الولاء وتحفيز الأداء على المدى الطويل.OpenAI’s Jalapeño AI chip brings new 'threat' to Nvidia margins as custom silicon gains ground
