البورصة: تنفيذ صفقة على أسهم المصريين للإسكان مقابل 15.6 مليون جنيه

أعلنت البورصة المصرية عن تنفيذ صفقة نقل ملكية على أسهم شركة المصريين للإسكان والتنمية والتعمير في إطار نظام الإثابة والتحفيز للعاملين. وذكرت البورصة في بيان اليوم أنه تم تنفيذ الصفقة على 42.5 مليون سهم، بقيمة إجمالية بلغت نحو 15.6 مليون جنيه. نتائج أعمال الشركة ارتفعت أرباح شركة المصريين للإسكان والتنمية والتعمير بنسبة 47.5% خلال النصف الأول من العام الجاري لتصل إلى 40.79 مليون جنيه، مقابل 27.65 مليون جنيه خلال نفس الفترة من العام الماضي. كما زادت الإيرادات إلى 116.5 مليون جنيه مقابل 96 مليون جنيه في الفترة المقابلة. تغييرات في هيكل الملكية خفضت شركة الاستثمار للأوراق المالية والوساطة حصتها في رأسمال المصريين للإسكان من 5.03% إلى 4.28%، بعد أن باعت 25.36 مليون سهم بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 9.98 مليون جنيه وبمتوسط سعر بيع 0.393 جنيه للسهم. التوزيعات النقدية اقترحت شركة المصريين للإسكان والتنمية والتعمير توزيع نقدي بقيمة قرشين لكل سهم عن أرباح عام 2024. وكانت أرباح الشركة قد ارتفعت بنسبة 12.4% خلال العام الماضي لتسجل 65.3 مليون جنيه مقارنة بـ58.1 مليون جنيه خلال العام الأسبق.
