البورصة توافق على زيادة رأس مال «القاهرة للإسكان» بـ 398 مليون جنيه
أعلنت البورصة المصرية قيد أسهم زيادة رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع لشركة القاهرة للإسكان والتعمير، وذلك وفقًا لقرار لجنة قيد الأوراق المالية في جلستها المنعقدة بتاريخ 20 يناير 2026. وأوضحت البورصة أن الزيادة تقضي برفع رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع من 530,504,159 جنيهًا إلى 928,382,278 جنيهًا، بزيادة قدرها 397,878,119 جنيهًا، من خلال إصدار 795,756,238 سهمًا بقيمة اسمية تبلغ 0.50 جنيه للسهم، بواقع 0.7499999995 سهم مجاني لكل سهم أصلي قبل الزيادة. وأشارت إلى أن تمويل الزيادة يأتي من علاوة الإصدار الظاهرة في القوائم المالية بتاريخ 30 يونيو 2025، وذلك ضمن الإصدار الرابع عشر للشركة، على أن يتم قيدها بجدول قيد الأوراق المالية المصرية «أسهم». وأضافت أن الحق في التوزيع المجاني لمشتري السهم سيظل قائمًا حتى نهاية جلسة تداول يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 3 فبراير 2026. كما تقرر إدراج أسهم الشركة بعد الزيادة المجانية على قاعدة البيانات مع تحديد سعر مرجعي لأسهم الشركة اعتبارًا من بداية جلسة تداول يوم الأربعاء الموافق 4 فبراير 2026، ليصل إجمالي عدد الأسهم إلى 1,856,764,556 سهمًا.2026 laggards shine in Wednesday's mixed stock market that kicked off the third quarter
