التجاري الدولي يبدأ التدقيق على محفظة التجزئة المصرفية التابعة لـ HSBC
أعلن البنك التجاري الدولي – مصر (CIB) حصوله على موافقة البنك المركزي المصري لبدء عملية التدقيق الخاص بمحفظة الخدمات المصرفية للأفراد التابعة لـ بنك HSBC مصر، في خطوة قد تمهد لصفقة محتملة في قطاع التجزئة المصرفية. وأوضح البنك، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، أن بدء عملية التدقيق يأتي في إطار دراسة إمكانية الاستحواذ على محفظة الخدمات المصرفية للأفراد التابعة لبنك HSBC في مصر، مشيرًا إلى أن هذه الإجراءات لا تعني بالضرورة إتمام الصفقة. وأكد البنك أن عملية الفحص النافي للجهالة (Due Diligence) تمثل خطوة أولية لتقييم المحفظة محل الدراسة، وأنه لا يوجد ضمان لإتمام أي اتفاق نهائي في هذا الشأن، مضيفًا أنه سيقوم بالإفصاح عن أي تطورات جوهرية فور حدوثها، التزامًا بقواعد الإفصاح والشفافية. وتأتي هذه الخطوة في سياق توجه البنوك العاملة في السوق المصرية لتعزيز تواجدها في قطاع التجزئة المصرفية، الذي يُعد أحد أهم مصادر النمو، خاصة في ظل التوسع في الخدمات الرقمية وزيادة قاعدة العملاء الأفراد. ويُعد البنك التجاري الدولي أكبر بنك خاص في مصر من حيث الأصول، ويواصل تنفيذ استراتيجيته للتوسع وتعزيز مكانته في السوق المصرفية المحلية عبر دراسة الفرص الاستثمارية التي تدعم نمو أعماله وتنويع مصادر دخله.Meta pushes into personal AI agents as company faces public reckoning over privacy and safety
