«التجاري الدولي» يحصل على موافقة مبدئية لتأسيس بنك رقمي باستثمارات 300 مليون دولار
أعلن البنك التجاري الدولي – مصر CIB حصوله على الموافقة المبدئية من البنك المركزي المصري لتأسيس بنك «يومو» الرقمي، في خطوة جديدة نحو التوسع في الخدمات المصرفية الرقمية بالسوق المصرية. وأوضح البنك، في بيان للبورصة المصرية، أن الموافقة تأتي في إطار الالتزام بالإطار التنظيمي للبنوك الرقمية في مصر الصادر عام 2023، مشيرًا إلى اعتزامه استثمار 300 مليون دولار في المنصة الرقمية المملوكة لشركة «يومو القابضة». ومن المقرر إطلاق «يومو» في مرحلته الأولى في مصر كبنك رقمي مستقل، على أن يستكمل البنك الإجراءات والموافقات المطلوبة من البنك المركزي المصري قبل بدء تقديم الخدمات المصرفية للعملاء. وأكد CIB أن «يومو» يستند إلى الخبرات المصرفية والحوكمة التي يتمتع بها البنك التجاري الدولي، إلى جانب نموذج مصرفي رقمي يركز على السرعة وسهولة الوصول إلى الخدمات المصرفية وتلبية احتياجات العملاء الحالية والمستقبلية. وأشار البنك إلى أن الحصول على الموافقة المبدئية يتيح لـ«يومو» الانتقال إلى المرحلة التالية من الاستعداد التشغيلي والتقني، إلى جانب تعزيز جاهزية العملاء، تمهيدًا لإطلاق خدمات البنك في السوق المصرية عقب الحصول على الموافقات النهائية اللازمة.Jim Cramer says don't sell Meta on litigation risk — the stock is worth the wait
