«التصديري للعقار»: 20% زيادة في حجم تصدير العقارات خلال 2025/2026
قال هشام شكري، رئيس مجلس التصديري للعقار، إنه يتوقع زيادة في تصدير العقار خلال 2025/2026 بنحو 10 إلى 20%، مقارنة بما تم تحقيقه خلال 2024/2025 والذي سجل نحو 2 مليار دولار. وأشار خلال مؤتمر العقار المصري «مصدر إلهام عالمي… بوابة التصدير والاستثمار»، إلى وجود برامج حديثة لدعم تصدير العقار من خلال التسويق والتركيز على مزايا الشراء في السوق المصرية. وأضاف أنه يجب دعم ما يحتاج إليه العميل حتى ينجذب إلى السوق المحلية، من خلال توفير خدمات الصيانة بأسعار مناسبة وغير مبالغ فيها، إلى جانب تعزيز عناصر الترفيه والخدمات المساندة داخل المشروعات. و لفت شكري، إلى أن قضية الوصول للعميل في الخارج عبر الذكاء الاصطناعي، فالمعارض أصبحت وسيلة تصدير تقليدية، ولابد أن يكون تسويق الوحدة مصحوب بدراسة كاملة عن العائد من الاستثمار، لسهولة المقارنة بين مصر والدول الأخرى، منوهًأ بأن الأوضاع في المنطقة تخلق فرصة بمصر للتصدير العقاري، وبالتالي مرشحة كسوق بديلة في ظل ما تتمتع به من عوامل الأمن والأمان.Anthropic disables access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 to comply with government directive
