«التعمير والاستشارات الهندسية» تبيع أرض بالمهندسين بـ135 مليون جنيه
أعلنت شركة التعمير والاستشارات الهندسية عن التوصل إلى اتفاق نهائي لبيع أرض سوق التوفيقية بمنطقة المهندسين، بقيمة إجمالية تبلغ 135 مليون جنيه مصري، يتم سدادها على أقساط خلال عام واحد. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان موجّه إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، أنه تم الاتفاق مع أحد المتقدمين السابقين في المزاد على السعر الجديد، وذلك بعد أن كان المزاد الأول قد تم إغلاقه دون الوصول إلى السعر المحدد من قبل الشركة. وأكدت “التعمير والاستشارات” التزامها التام بجميع قواعد قيد وشطب الأوراق المالية الصادرة عن البورصة المصرية. وأشارت الشركة إلى أنه سيتم عرض قرار البيع على أول اجتماع لمجلس الإدارة لاعتماده رسميًا، واتخاذ الإجراءات التنفيذية اللازمة لإتمام الصفقة.
