«التعمير والاستشارات الهندسية» تقرر تمويل مشروعاتها بـ3.2 مليار جنيه
وافق مجلس إدارة شركة التعمير والاستشارات الهندسية على الهيكلة المالية المقترحة لتمويل المشروعات المملوكة للشركة، من خلال الحصول على تمويل بنظام التأجير التمويلي «Top-up» على أحد مباني الشركة، سواء مبنى المقر الإداري في جاردن سيتي أو أحد المكاتب الإدارية. وحسب بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، فوض المجلس الإدارة التنفيذية في استكمال إجراءات التمويل، وفقًا للشروط والضوابط المعتمدة وبعد الحصول على الموافقات القانونية والتنظيمية اللازمة. كما وافق مجلس الإدارة على صياغة وتوقيع عقود تمويل مع بنك القاهرة لإعادة تمويل عقود تمويل شركتي UBL South وUBL North التابعتين للشركة، لتمويل مشروعاتهما. وتتضمن الصفقة تمويلًا مشتركًا بإجمالي 3.2 مليار جنيه، مع موافقة شركة التعمير والاستشارات الهندسية على كفالة الشركتين التابعتين لها.SDGR Crosses Above Average Analyst Target
