أعلنت شركة الحديد والصلب المصرية «تحت التصفية» دعوة الجمعية العامة العادية وغير العادية للانعقاد يوم الاثنين الموافق 19 أكتوبر 2026. ويتضمن جدول أعمال الجمعية العامة العادية اعتماد قائمة المركز المالي للشركة في 30 يونيو 2026، إلى جانب اعتماد حساب التصفية عن الفترة المالية من 1 يناير 2026 حتى 30 يونيو 2026. فيما تنظر الجمعية العامة غير العادية الموافقة على مد فترة التصفية لمدة عام آخر، اعتبارًا من 1 يناير 2027، أو حتى انتهاء أعمال التصفية، أيهما أقرب.
