الحكومة تبدأ بتحصيل مقابل استغلال مجرى النيل والمياه الجوفية
أصدر مصطفى مدبولي، رئيس الوزراء، قرارًا بتحصيل مقابل عن استغلال مجرى نهر النيل والمجاري المائية، وعن رفع المياه لغير الأغراض الزراعية أو صرفها، إلى جانب تحديد مقابل المتابعة والرصد الكمي والنوعي والمعاينة للمياه الجوفية عن كل متر مكعب مستخرج من الآبار. تفاصيل الرسوم وينص القرار على تحصيل 35 قرشًا لكل متر مكعب من المياه المستخرجة لري الأراضي المرخص بريها باستخدام الطلمبات الحكومية وآلاتها، و45 قرشًا لكل متر مكعب يتم الترخيص بصرفه من مياه الصرف الزراعي. كما تم تحديد مقابل للرصد والمتابعة والمعاينة للمياه الجوفية لكل متر مكعب مستخرج من الآبار. صندوق إعادة الشيء لأصله وأوضحت الحكومة أن الحصيلة المالية لهذه الرسوم ستؤول إلى صندوق إعادة الشيء لأصله لدعم مشروعات المياه والصرف الزراعي، ضمن جهود ترشيد استخدام الموارد المائية وضمان استدامتها، بما يتماشى مع استراتيجية الدولة لإدارة وتنمية الموارد المائية 2037.Our top 10 things to watch in the stock market Tuesday
