الحكومة تستعد لقيد 7 شركات في البورصة الأسبوع المقبل
أعلن هاشم السيد، مساعد رئيس مجلس الوزراء والرئيس التنفيذي لوحدة الشركات المملوكة للدولة، أن الحكومة تعتزم تقديم طلبات لقيد 7 شركات في البورصة المصرية خلال الأسبوع المقبل، ضمن خطة تشمل قيد 20 شركة خلال الفترة المقبلة. وأوضح أن الوحدة التابعة لمجلس الوزراء تضم حالياً نحو 815 شركة حكومية تحت مظلتها. تطورات طرح بنك القاهرة وأشار إلى أن بنك القاهرة تلقى طلبات مبدئية من مستثمرين لشراء أسهمه تفوق حجم الطرح المتوقع في البورصة، موضحاً أن توقيت الطرح النهائي يتوقف على قرار بنك مصر بصفته المالك، إلى جانب موافقة البنك المركزي المصري. وتبلغ عدد الشركات المدرجة في البورصة المصرية نحو 265 شركة، فيما حقق المؤشر الرئيسي مكاسب سنوية تقارب 41% خلال العام الماضي. برنامج الطروحات الحكومية وكان مجلس الوزراء قد أكد في وقت سابق تسريع برنامج الطروحات، عبر قيد 10 شركات مملوكة للدولة قيداً مؤقتاً خلال أسبوعين، على أن يتم قيد 10 شركات إضافية قبل نهاية أبريل 2026، في إطار خطة أوسع لتعزيز سيولة سوق المال وتوسيع قاعدة الملكية.Chartstopper: September 4, 2026
