الحكومة تفرض 90 دولار رسومًا على طن الأسمدة الأزوتية لـ 3 أشهر
أصدر محمد فريد، وزير الاستثمار والتجارة الخارجية، القرار رقم 190 لسنة 2026، والخاض بفرض رسم صادر على صادرات الأسمدة الأزوتية بجميع أنواعها، بواقع 90 دولارًا للطن، أو ما يعادلها بالجنيه المصري لمدة 3 أشهر، وذلك وفقًا لسعر الصرف المعلن من البنك المركزي المصري في تاريخ السداد. وجاء القرار استنادًا إلى عدد من القوانين والقرارات المنظمة لعمليات الاستيراد والتصدير، من بينها القانون رقم 118 لسنة 1975، ولائحته التنفيذية، إلى جانب قرارات رئيس الجمهورية ورئيس مجلس الوزراء ذات الصلة بتنظيم عمل وزارة الاستثمار والتجارة الخارجية. وأوضح القرار أنه يتم تطبيق الرسم لمدة ثلاثة أشهر، اعتبارًا من اليوم التالي لتاريخ نشره في الوقائع المصرية، في إطار جهود الدولة لتنظيم الأسواق والحفاظ على توازن توافر السلع الاستراتيجية. في حين استند القرار إلى موافقة مجلس الوزراء خلال جلسته رقم (89) المنعقدة في 22 أبريل 2026، فضلًا عن التنسيق مع وزارة المالية، بما يعكس توجه الحكومة لاتخاذ إجراءات مرنة تستجيب للمتغيرات الاقتصادية الراهنة.UAE denies 'false' reports of fund transfer to Iran
