«الدولية للمحاصيل» ترفع رأسمالها المرخص إلى 1.5 مليار جنيه
وافقت الجمعية العامة غير العادية لشركة الدولية للمحاصيل الزراعية على زيادة رأس المال المرخص به من 500 مليون جنيه إلى 1.5 مليار جنيه، في خطوة تستهدف منح الشركة مرونة أكبر لتنفيذ خططها التوسعية وتمويل مشروعاتها المستقبلية عند الحاجة. وأوضحت الشركة، في إفصاح مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم الثلاثاء، أن الجمعية أقرت تعديل المادة (6) من النظام الأساسي للشركة بما يتوافق مع قيمة رأس المال المرخص الجديدة، وذلك بعد اعتماد الزيادة. وأكدت الشركة أن القرار يقتصر على زيادة رأس المال المرخص به فقط، دون إجراء أي تعديل على رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع، والذي يظل عند 994.576 مليون جنيه، موزعًا على 497.288 مليون سهم، بقيمة اسمية 2 جنيه للسهم الواحد. ويُعد رفع رأس المال المرخص خطوة تنظيمية تتيح للشركة إمكانية زيادة رأس المال المصدر مستقبلًا، حال الحاجة إلى تمويل توسعات أو استثمارات جديدة، وذلك بعد الحصول على الموافقات القانونية والجمعيات المختصة.Cotton Slipping Back on Friday Following Thursday Strength
