«الرقابة المالية» ترخص لـ«QNB Leasing» بمزاولة نشاط التمويل العقاري
منحت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية شركة «QNB Leasing» ترخيصًا لمزاولة نشاط التمويل العقاري، إلى جانب نشاطها الأساسي في التأجير التمويلي، مع قيدها رسميًا بسجل شركات التمويل العقاري لدى الهيئة. وصدر القرار رقم 2915 لسنة 2026، عقب موافقة لجنة تأسيس وترخيص الشركات بالهيئة خلال جلستها رقم 80 المنعقدة في 9 سبتمبر 2026، وذلك وفقًا لأحكام قانون التمويل العقاري رقم 148 لسنة 2001 ولائحته التنفيذية وتعديلاته، والقرارات المنظمة لمزاولة النشاط. ونص القرار على قيد الشركة، التابعة لمجموعة «QNB»، بسجل شركات التمويل العقاري تحت رقم 34 لسنة 2026، لتصبح مرخصة بتقديم خدمات التمويل العقاري إلى جانب نشاط التأجير التمويلي. ويأتي الترخيص في إطار السماح لشركات التأجير التمويلي بتوسيع نطاق الأنشطة المالية التي تقدمها، وإضافة نشاط التمويل العقاري وفقًا للضوابط والمتطلبات الرقابية التي تحددها الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية. وفي يوليو الماضي، أطلق بنك قطر الوطني مصر «QNB مصر» شهادة الادخار الجديدة «سمارت» بعائد متغير يُصرف شهريًا، يصل إلى 19.5%، مع حد أدنى مضمون للعائد يبلغ 17.25%، وذلك اعتبارًا من 27 يوليو 2026. وأوضح البنك أن الشهادة تمتد لمدة 3 سنوات، ويبدأ الحد الأدنى للاكتتاب فيها من 500 ألف جنيه للإصدار الأول، مع إمكانية الشراء بمضاعفات 1000 جنيه.New grads say employers set the bar too high for entry-level roles: 'No job is willing to give you that first experience'
