«الرقابة المالية» تصدر قواعد جديدة لتمويل المشروعات متناهية الصغر
نشرت الجريدة الرسمية “الوقائع المصرية” قرار الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية رقم 243 لسنة 2025، بشأن قواعد وضوابط ممارسة الشركات لنشاط تمويل المشروعات متناهية الصغر، في العدد 254 تابع ب بتاريخ 12 نوفمبر 2025. ضوابط مكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب ونص القرار في المادة الأولى على استبدال المادة (46) من قرار مجلس إدارة الهيئة رقم 173 لسنة 2014 لتصبح مخصصة لضوابط مكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب، حيث تلتزم الشركات المرخص لها وفقًا لأحكام القانون رقم 80 لسنة 2002 ولائحته التنفيذية، وما يصدر عن الهيئة ووحدة مكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب بهذا الشأن. التقارير والالتزامات وفي المادة الثانية، تم استبدال الملحق (ب) المرفق بقرار 173 لسنة 2014 بالملحق الجديد المرفق بهذا القرار، وتلتزم الشركات المخاطبة بإرسال التقارير الواردة بالملحق إلى الهيئة في المواعيد المحددة قرين كل تقرير. سريان القرار وأوضحت المادة الثالثة أن القرار يُنشر في الوقائع المصرية وعلى الموقع الإلكتروني للهيئة، ويعمل به اعتبارًا من اليوم التالي لتاريخ نشره.OpenAI proposes development of global AI standards to guide alignment, RSI
