«الرقابة المالية» تقر زيادة رأس مال «توسع للتخصيم» إلى 115 مليون جنيه
وافقت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية على نشر تقرير الإفصاح الخاص بشركة توسع للتخصيم، تمهيدًا للسير في إجراءات دعوة الجمعية العامة غير العادية لمناقشة زيادة رأس المال المصدر. وبحسب بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، قرر مجلس إدارة الشركة اعتماد تقرير الإفصاح الخاص بزيادة رأس المال المصدر من 75 مليون جنيه إلى 115 مليون جنيه، بزيادة قدرها 40 مليون جنيه. وأوضح البيان أن الزيادة ستتم من خلال إصدار 40 مليون سهم بقيمة اسمية جنيه واحد للسهم، على أن تمول الزيادة نقدًا عبر دعوة قدامى المساهمين للاكتتاب، مع السماح بتداول حق الاكتتاب منفصلًا عن السهم الأصلي. وأكدت الهيئة عدم ممانعتها في نشر تقرير الإفصاح على شاشات الإعلانات بالبورصة المصرية، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة في هذا الشأن، تمهيدًا لاستكمال خطوات زيادة رأس المال وفقًا للقواعد المنظمة.Trump administration advances $24.3 billion fighter jet deal to Saudi Arabia as Houthis escalate attacks
