الرقابة المالية تلزم شركات التمويل غير المصرفي بالإبلاغ الفوري عن الحدود الائتمانية
أصدرت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية تعميماً يُلزم شركات التمويل غير المصرفي بالإبلاغ الفوري – وليس بنهاية كل شهر – للشركة المصرية للاستعلام الائتماني عن الحدود الائتمانية التي توافق عليها الشركة، حتى ولو لم يتم استخدامها، وذلك لضمان سلامة إجراءات منح التمويل والتأكد من الجدارة الائتمانية لكل عميل. تحديث دوري ودقيق للبيانات وبموجب القرار، تلتزم الشركات بإبلاغ الشركة المصرية للاستعلام الائتماني بالحد الائتماني الممنوح لكل عميل فور منحه، سواء تم استخدامه أو لم يتم، وذلك استنادًا إلى تقييم الجدارة الائتمانية وقياس القدرة على السداد بناءً على الدخل. ويهدف ذلك إلى ضمان تحديث البيانات الائتمانية بشكل دوري ودقيق، بما يدعم قرارات التمويل داخل الشركات ويحد من مخاطر التعثر. كما شدد التعميم على عدم جواز تحميل العملاء أي سعر أو فائدة أو تكلفة على الحدود الائتمانية في حالة عدم استخدامها، واقتصار التكلفة على الجزء المستخدم فقط. إطار الحوار والتشاور أشارت الهيئة إلى أن هذا التعميم جاء نتاجاً لسلسلة اجتماعات عقدتها مع شركات التمويل الاستهلاكي ومقدمي الخدمات، في إطار نهجها القائم على الحوار والتشاور لإصدار قرارات وتشريعات ذات أثر تنموي حقيقي على القطاعات الخاضعة لرقابتها. ويأتي القرار استكمالاً لجهود الهيئة لضبط الأسواق المالية غير المصرفية، وحماية حقوق المتعاملين، مع ضمان الشفافية وتعزيز استقرار المؤسسات العاملة في النشاط.Why Situational Awareness hedge fund imploded, even in a tame stock market
