الرقابة المالية توافق على بدء التداول على أسهم «فيركيم مصر» بعد عملية الاندماج
أعلنت شركة فيركيم مصر للأسمدة والكيماويات عن حصولها على عدم ممانعة الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية بشأن نشر تقرير الإفصاح المعد وفقًا لأحكام المادة (44 مكرر 1) من قواعد القيد والشطب بالبورصة المصرية، والمتعلق ببدء التداول على أسهم الشركة. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، أن هذا التطور يأتي في ضوء عملية الاندماج التي تمت بين: شركة أسوان للأسمدة والصناعات الكيماوية (مندمجة) شركة أبو زعبل للأسمدة والمواد الكيماوية (مندمجة) ليتم دمجهما في شركة فيركيم مصر للأسمدة والكيماويات (الدامجة). وأكدت الشركة أن تقرير الإفصاح المرفق يتضمن جميع البيانات والمعلومات ذات الصلة، وتقع مسؤوليته الكاملة على الشركة ومجلس إدارتها ومراقب الحسابات، مشددة على أن موافقة الهيئة على النشر لا تمثل بأي حال من الأحوال توصية بالاستثمار أو تأكيدًا على جدوى النشاط التجاري. وأضافت “فيركيم مصر” أن خطوة بدء التداول على أسهم الشركة بعد الاندماج تعكس مرحلة جديدة في مسيرة الشركة وتوسع أنشطتها في سوق الأسمدة والكيماويات.Crude Prices Erase an Early Rally on US-Iran Diplomacy Speculation
