«الرقابة المالية» توقف «سيتي ستارز لتداول الأوراق المالية» 7 أيام
قرر رئيس الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية إيقاف شركة «سيتي ستارز لتداول الأوراق المالية» عن مزاولة النشاط المرخص لها به لمدة 7 أيام. وأوضحت البورصة المصرية في بيان لها، اليوم الخميس، أن القرار جاء إعمالًا لنص المادة (30) من قانون سوق رأس المال الصادر بالقانون رقم 95 لسنة 1992، وذلك لعدم قيام الشركة بإزالة المخالفات المنسوبة إليها والواردة في الإنذار الموجه إليها بتاريخ 17 مارس 2026. وأضافت البورصة أن الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية أخطرت الشركة بقرار الإيقاف بموجب كتاب موصى عليه بعلم الوصول بتاريخ 7 سبتمبر 2026. وأشارت إلى أن الشركة محظور استفادتها من نظم التداول المعمول بها في البورصة والخدمات والتسهيلات التي تتيحها البورصة للعمل بها، وذلك بموجب قرار لجنة العضوية بالبورصة المصرية رقم (13) لسنة 2017، الصادر بتاريخ 2 مارس 2017.NFL's Roger Goodell is playing the international long game ahead of league's Australia debut
