الرقابة تقر إجراءات بنك قناة السويس بشأن زيادة رأس المال
وافقت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية اليوم الأربعاء على نشر تقرير إفصاح بنك قناة السويس بشأن زيادة رأس المال. وأوضحت الهيئة في بيان للبورصة أن التقرير يتضمن إجراءات زيادة رأس المال المرخص به من 10 مليارات جنيه إلى 15 مليار جنيه، وزيادة رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع من 6.5 مليار جنيه إلى 10 مليارات جنيه. وتتمثل الزيادة في 3.5 مليار جنيه موزعة على 350 مليون سهم بقيمة اسمية 10 جنيهات للسهم، على أن يتم تمويلها من أرباح البنك عن العام المالي المنتهي في ديسمبر الماضي. النتائج المالية للنصف الأول سجل بنك قناة السويس أرباحًا بلغت 3.08 مليار جنيه خلال الفترة من يناير حتى نهاية يونيو 2025، مقابل 1.8 مليار جنيه في نفس الفترة من العام السابق. كما ارتفع صافي دخل البنك من العائد إلى 3.86 مليار جنيه مقارنة بـ2.54 مليار جنيه في الفترة المماثلة من 2024. نمو الإيرادات بلغ صافي الدخل من العائد والأتعاب والعمولات 4.56 مليار جنيه في النصف الأول من 2025، مقابل 2.93 مليار جنيه في النصف المقابل من العام الماضي، بما يعكس استمرار النمو في نتائج أعمال البنك.Larry Berg named next Major League Soccer commissioner
