الرقابة تقر زيادة رأس المال «القاهرة للإسكان والتعمير» إلى 928 مليون جنيه

أعلنت شركة القاهرة للإسكان والتعمير أنها تلقت موافقة الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية على نشر تقرير الإفصاح الخاص بزيادة رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع للشركة، وفقًا لأحكام المادة (48) من قواعد القيد بالبورصة المصرية. وأوضحت الشركة في بيانها المرسل إلى البورصة، أن مجلس إدارتها كان قد اعتمد في اجتماعه المنعقد بتاريخ 7 أكتوبر 2025 تقرير الإفصاح تمهيدًا لدعوة الجمعية العامة العادية للنظر في زيادة رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع من 530.5 مليون جنيه إلى 928.38 مليون جنيه، بزيادة قدرها 397.87 مليون جنيه، موزعة على 795.76 مليون سهم بقيمة اسمية 50 قرشًا للسهم. وأشارت الشركة إلى أن الزيادة سيتم تمويلها من علاوة الإصدار الظاهرة بالقوائم المالية عن الفترة المنتهية في 30 يونيو 2025، مؤكدة أنه سيتم اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لنشر تقرير الإفصاح على شاشة الإعلانات بالبورصة المصرية.
