السعودية تفرض رسمًا 2% على تصرفات الأجانب في عقارات 4 مدن
أعلنت المملكة العربية السعودية تطبيق رسم بنسبة 2% على قيمة تصرفات غير السعوديين في الحقوق العينية للعقارات الواقعة داخل مدن الرياض ومكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة وجدة، وذلك وفقًا لما نصت عليه اللائحة التنفيذية لنظام تملك غير السعوديين للعقار. تطبيق الرسم على التصرفات العقارية ووفقًا لما نشرته صحيفة أم القرى، تخضع أي عملية بيع أو تصرف يجريه غير السعودي في حق عيني على عقار داخل المدن الأربع لرسم يعادل 2% من قيمة التصرف. حالات الإعفاء في المقابل، حددت اللائحة الرسم بنسبة صفر لبقية التصرفات العقارية، باستثناء الحالات التي نصت عليها. وشملت حالات الإعفاء قسمة التركات، والأحكام القضائية النهائية، ونزع الملكية للمنفعة العامة، إلى جانب بعض التصرفات التي تتم دون مقابل لصالح الأوقاف أو الأشخاص الاعتباريين العامينStock traders warm up to Warsh as volatility index touches year-to-date low
