«السويدي إليكتريك» تخفض رأسمالها إلى 2.14 مليار جنيه
وافقت الجمعية العامة غير العادية لشركة السويدي إليكتريك على خفض رأس المال المصدر للشركة من خلال إعدام أسهم الإثابة، وفقًا لما أعلنته الشركة في إفصاح مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم الأربعاء. وأوضحت الشركة أن عدد الأسهم التي تقرر إعدامها يبلغ نحو 1.422 مليون سهم، بقيمة اسمية جنيه واحد للسهم، ليصل رأس المال المصدر بعد التخفيض إلى 2.139 مليار جنيه. كما وافقت الجمعية العامة غير العادية، في ضوء قرار تخفيض رأس المال، على تعديل المادتين (6) و(7) من النظام الأساسي للشركة بما يتوافق مع التعديلات الجديدة. حققت شركة السويدي إليكتريك نموًا بنسبة 10.7% في صافي الأرباح المجمعة خلال الربع الأول من عام 2026، لتسجل 5.228 مليار جنيه، مقابل 4.723 مليار جنيه خلال الفترة نفسها من عام 2025. وأظهرت القوائم المالية المرسلة إلى البورصة المصرية ارتفاع مجمل الربح إلى 13.128 مليار جنيه خلال الفترة من يناير إلى مارس 2026، مقارنة بنحو 9.973 مليار جنيه بالفترة المقارنة من العام الماضي. كما ارتفعت إيرادات الشركة بنسبة 26.7% لتصل إلى 75.298 مليار جنيه خلال الربع الأول من العام الجاري، مقابل 59.391 مليار جنيه خلال الفترة المناظرة من 2025، مدعومة بنمو أنشطة الشركة المختلفة.Dollar Supported by Rising T-Note Yields and Falling Stocks
