«السويدي» تنفي علاقتها باستثمارات «كريستال» البالغة 350 مليون دولار
أوضحت شركة السويدي إليكتريك، أن العقد الموقع بين السويدي للتنمية وشركة كريستال العالمية يقتصر على بيع قطعة أرض فقط داخل المنطقة الصناعية «إندستريا أكتوبر»، ولا يتضمن أي شراكة استثمارية أو التزامات مالية أخرى على شركة السويدي. وأكدت الشركة في بيان ردًا على استفسارات البورصة المصرية اليوم، أن الاستثمارات المبدئية المعلنة بقيمة 350 مليون دولار تمثل التكلفة الاستثمارية الخاصة بشركة كريستال العالمية في مصر، وليست استثمارات تابعة أو منسوبة إلى شركة السويدي إليكتريك. وأضافت الشركة أن قيمة الأرض المباعة لا تندرج ضمن المعلومات الجوهرية التي يتعين الإفصاح عنها وفقًا لقواعد القيد، وذلك مع مراعاة أحكام المادة 43 مكرر من قواعد قيد وشطب الأوراق المالية.Feds seek lower prison term for $100 million New Jersey deli fraudster — but some reasons why are hidden
