السيسي يصدق على قانون العلاوة الدورية وزيادة الحافز الإضافي للعاملين
صدق الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي على قانون العلاوة الدورية للمخاطبين بقانون الخدمة المدنية، ومنح علاوة خاصة لغير المخاطبين بالقانون، وزيادة الحافز الإضافي للعاملين بالدولة، وتقرير منحة خاصة للعاملين بشركات القطاع العام وقطاع الأعمال العام. العلاوة الدورية وبحسب ما نشرته الجريدة الرسمية، نص القرار على أنه استثناءً من حكم المادة (37) من قانون الخدمة المدنية الصادر بالقانون رقم 81 لسنة 2016، تكون العلاوة الدورية المستحقة للموظفين المخاطبين بأحكامه بنسبة 12% من الأجر الوظيفي لكل منهم في 30 يونيو 2026، بحد أدنى 150 جنيهًا شهريًا. وتُعد هذه العلاوة جزءًا من الأجر الوظيفي للموظف اعتبارًا من 1 يوليو 2026. زيادة المعاشات وفي وقت سابق، أصدر الرئيس السيسي قرارًا جمهوريًا بزيادة المعاشات بنسبة 15% بدءًا من أول يوليو المقبل. وتضمن القرار زيادة المعاشات المستحقة بموجب قانون التأمينات الاجتماعية والمعاشات، والقانون رقم 71 لسنة 1964 بشأن منح معاشات ومكافآت استثنائية، وذلك بنسبة 15%. كما تسري هذه الزيادة على معاش العجز الجزئي الإصابي الذي لم يؤد إلى إنهاء الخدمة، والمعاش الاستثنائي الجزئي الإصابي.Corn and wheat prices jump to highest prices in more than three years
