السيسي يقر بروتوكولًا جديدًا مع الإمارات لمنع التهرب والازدواج الضريبي
أصدر الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي القرار رقم 211 لسنة 2025، بالموافقة على بروتوكول (2) الملحق بالاتفاق بين حكومة جمهورية مصر العربية وحكومة دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، بشأن تجنب الازدواج الضريبي ومنع التهرب من الضرائب بالنسبة للضرائب على الدخل. القرار الجمهوري نص القرار على الموافقة على البروتوكول مع التحفظ بشرط التصديق، وذلك بعد الاطلاع على المادة 151 من الدستور، وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء. وصدر القرار برئاسة الجمهورية في 29 شوال 1446 هجريًا، الموافق 28 أبريل 2025. موافقة البرلمان وكان مجلس النواب قد وافق على القرار خلال يونيو الماضي، حيث أوضحت لجنة الخطة والموازنة أن الاتفاق يتضمن اعتماد “شركة أبوظبي التنموية القابضة” و”صندوق مصر السيادي للاستثمار والتنمية” ضمن بنود التعاون.Swiss voters reject tighter neutrality rules that would have curbed NATO cooperation
