السيسي يوافق على قرض صيني بـ 90 مليون دولار لتمويل سكة حديد العاشر من رمضان
أصدر الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي القرار رقم 481 لسنة 2025 بالموافقة على اتفاق القرض التفضيلي بين حكومة جمهورية مصر العربية وبنك التصدير والاستيراد الصيني، بقيمة 90 مليون دولار أمريكي، وذلك لتمويل المرحلة الثالثة من مشروع سكة حديد مدينة العاشر من رمضان، على أن يتم سداد القرض باليوان الصيني، وتم نشر القرار في الجريدة الرسمية. تفاصيل التمويل والمشروع ويتعلق القرض بالمرحلة الثالثة من مشروع سكة حديد مدينة العاشر من رمضان، ضمن خطط الدولة لتطوير البنية التحتية لقطاع النقل وتعزيز الربط بين المدن الجديدة والمناطق الصناعية. وكانت الحكومة قد سبق أن وافقت على قرض آخر بقيمة 42 مليون دولار أمريكي مخصص لنفس المشروع ضمن مرحلة سابقة، في إطار التمويل المتدرج للمشروع. موافقات دستورية وتشريعية ونص القرار السابق على الموافقة على اتفاق القرض التفضيلي مع بنك التصدير والاستيراد الصيني، مع التحفظ بشرط التصديق، وتم نشره بالجريدة الرسمية بتاريخ 7 سبتمبر 2025. واستكمل الاتفاق مساره الدستوري بعد موافقة مجلس النواب عليه خلال جلسته العامة المنعقدة في 2 مارس 2026، قبل أن يتم التصديق عليه رسميًا من رئيس الجمهورية في 7 مارس من العام نفسه.India’s largest private lender HDFC Bank sees shares rise after CEO announces surprise exit
