السيسي يوقع على قانون جديد لاستغلال خام الذهب والمعادن في قطاع السكري
وقع الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي على قانون جديد خاص باستغلال خام الذهب والمعادن في منطقة قطاع السكري، وفق ما نشرته الجريدة الرسمية في عددها 31 مكرر (ج). نص القرار تضمن القانون رقم 166 لسنة 2025 الترخيص لوزير البترول والثروة المعدنية في التعاقد مع الهيئة المصرية العامة للثروة المعدنية والصناعات التعدينية، وشركة سنتامين المركزية للتعدين، لاستغلال خام الذهب والمعادن المصاحبة له في منطقة قطاع السكري، وذلك وفقاً لأحكام الاتفاقية المرافقة. تفاصيل المواد جاء في المادة الأولى الترخيص لوزير البترول بالتعاقد مع الجهات المشار إليها لاستغلال الذهب والمعادن المصاحبة في منطقة قطاع السكري. أما المادة الثانية، فأكدت أن القواعد والإجراءات الواردة في الاتفاقية المرافقة تكون لها قوة القانون، وتنفذ بالاستثناء من أي أحكام تشريعية مخالفة. ونصت المادة الثالثة على نشر القانون في الجريدة الرسمية، على أن يعمل به اعتباراً من اليوم التالي لتاريخ نشره.Goldman traders are on pace for a record year.
