أدرجت السلطات الصينية ثلاث شركات أمريكية ضمن قائمة المؤسسات غير الموثوق بها، وفق ما أعلنته وزارة التجارة الصينية. وأوضحت الوزارة عبر موقعها الرسمي أن الشركات هي: “سارونيك تكنولوجيز”، و”إيركوم”، و”أوشينيرينغ إنترناشونال”، حيث تقرر منعها من التعامل التجاري مع الصين أو الاستثمار في اقتصادها. قيود إضافية على شركات أخرى ذكرت وزارة التجارة أن السلطات الصينية حظرت أيضًا على ثلاث شركات أمريكية شراء السلع الصينية ذات الاستخدام المزدوج. وتشمل هذه الشركات: “هنتنغتون إنغالز إندستريز”، و”بلانيت مانجمنت غروب”، و”جلوبال دايمنشنز إل إل سي”. وأكدت أنه يتعين على المصدرين الصينيين الراغبين في التعامل مع هذه الشركات تقديم طلب مسبق للوزارة لمراجعته والحصول على الموافقة. حماية الأمن القومي أشارت الوزارة إلى أن هذه القرارات تستند إلى قوانين الصين الخاصة بالتجارة الخارجية ومراقبة الصادرات والأمن القومي، ومواجهة العقوبات الأجنبية، إلى جانب قوانين صادرات السلع ذات الاستخدام المزدوج. وأكدت أن الهدف من هذه القيود هو حماية الأمن القومي والمصالح الوطنية للصين، مع الالتزام بالاتفاقيات الدولية الخاصة بعدم الانتشار. من المقرر أن تدخل القرارات الجديدة حيز التنفيذ اعتبارًا من 25 سبتمبر الجاري.The real story at Apple is the memory crunch — and there's little room for error
