أعلنت الصين عن رفع الحظر عن تصدير 3 معادن أساسية إلى الولايات المتحدة. وزارة التجارة الصينية وأوضحت وزارة التجارة الصينية، تعليق حظر تصدير “المواد ذات الاستخدام المزدوج” المتعلقة بالغاليوم والجرمانيوم والأنتيمون والمواد فائقة الصلابة إلى الولايات المتحدة. وأضافت الوزارة في بيان أن هذا التعليق يسري من اليوم الأحد حتى 27 نوفمبر 2026. كانت الوزارة قد أعلنت عن الحظر في ديسمبر 2024. في حين علّقت الوزارة عمليات التحقق الأكثر صرامة من المستخدم النهائي وأغراض الاستخدام النهائي لصادرات الجرافيت مزدوج الاستخدام إلى الولايات المتحدة، والتي أُعلن عنها بالتزامن مع الحظر. وكشفت الصين يوم الجمعة تعليق ضوابط التصدير الأخرى التي فُرضت في 9 أكتوبر، بما في ذلك القيود الموسعة على بعض المواد الأرضية النادرة ومواد بطاريات الليثيوم. وكان قد اتفق الرئيس شي جين بينج والرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب في وقت سابق على خفض الرسوم الجمركية وتعليق إجراءات تجارية أخرى لمدة عام. وتعالج الصين أكثر من 90% من المعادن الاستراتيجية في العالم، وفي المقابل، تمتلك الولايات المتحدة منجما واحدا عاملا للمعادن الاستراتيجية، وتتسابق لتأمين المعادن الحيوية للسيارات الكهربائية وأنظمة الدفاع والتصنيع المتقدم.
