العاصمة الإدارية تسترد أراضي 6 مطورين بعد تعثر مشروعاتهم
قال خالد عباس، رئيس مجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب لشركة العاصمة الإدارية للتنمية العمرانية، إن الشركة فسخت بالتراضي عقود 6 مطورين لم يتمكنوا من استكمال مشروعاتهم، ما أتاح لها استرداد الأراضي وإعادة طرحها أمام مطورين آخرين. وأضاف عباس، خلال تصريحات تلفزيونية اليوم الأحد، أن الشركة أعفت المطورين من بعض الغرامات، مع الاكتفاء بتحصيل الرسوم الإدارية، وفقًا لشروط محددة تراعي حقوق المشترين وأي تصرفات سابقة على الأراضي. وأكد أن العقارات في مصر لا تزال تمثل مخزنًا للقيمة، رغم تأخر بعض المشروعات، مشيرًا إلى أن ارتفاع أسعار الوحدات والأراضي خلال السنوات الأخيرة حدّ من تأثير التأخير على بعض المستثمرين.Trump Media advisor Katie Zacharia offered White House press secretary role
