«العربية لإدارة الأصول» تتلقى عرضاً لشراء أرض مملوكة لها بـ 125 مليون جنيه
تلقت الشركة العربية لإدارة وتطوير الأصول عرضًا لشراء قطعة أرض مملوكة لها بمدينة ميت بره بمحافظة المنوفية، بمساحة تقارب 87.5 ألف متر مربع بقيمة تقديرية 124.68 مليون جنيه، وذلك وفق إفصاح مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، أن العرض مقدم من أحمد أبو السعود، بسعر 1425 جنيهًا للمتر المربع، مع تقديم شيك بقيمة 20 مليون جنيه كجدية للتعاقد. وأضافت أن شروط العرض تتضمن سداد باقي قيمة الصفقة على أربعة أقساط متساوية كل ستة أشهر، مع منح خصم بنسبة 15% في حال السداد النقدي الفوري لباقي المبلغ. وأكدت الشركة أنه سيتم عرض العرض المقدم على أول اجتماع لمجلس الإدارة لاتخاذ القرار المناسب بشأنه، على أن يتم الإفصاح عن أي تطورات لاحقة وفق قواعد البورصة المصرية.Trump warns Tehran over Pickaxe Mountain activity; U.S.-Iran exchange attacks on ships near Hormuz
