«العربية للأدوية» تضيف نشاط الاستيراد والتصدير إلى أغراضها
وافق مجلس إدارة شركة العربية للأدوية والصناعات الكيماوية على تعديل المادة (3) من النظام الأساسي للشركة، بإضافة نشاط الاستيراد والتصدير إلى أغراضها، في خطوة تستهدف توسيع نطاق أعمالها. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، أن مجلس الإدارة اعتمد نموذج الإفصاح وفقًا للمادة 48 من قواعد القيد والشطب، كما قرر تفويض رئيس مجلس الإدارة في دعوة الجمعية العامة غير العادية للانعقاد، وذلك عقب الحصول على موافقة الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية. وعلى صعيد الأداء المالي، اعتمد المجلس المؤشرات المالية عن الفترة من يوليو 2025 حتى فبراير 2026، حيث سجلت الشركة صافي ربح بعد الضريبة بلغ 182.613 مليون جنيه، مقارنة بنحو 154.959 مليون جنيه بالفترة المناظرة، بنسبة نمو 17.9%. كما ارتفعت صافي مبيعات الشركة إلى نحو 924.140 مليون جنيه خلال نفس الفترة، مقابل 756.760 مليون جنيه بالفترة المقارنة، ما يعكس تحسنًا في الأداء التشغيلي. ويأتي توجه الشركة لإضافة نشاط الاستيراد والتصدير في إطار تعزيز فرص النمو وتنويع مصادر الإيرادات خلال الفترة المقبلة.Trump unveils the new Air Force One, a converted Qatari jet
