الفنان محمد رمضان يدخل مجال الاستثمار العقاري.. ويكشف تفاصيل أول مشروعاته
أعلن الفنان محمد رمضان دخوله مجال الاستثمار العقاري، كاشفًا عن اختياره محافظة الجيزة لإقامة أول مشروعاته العقارية، والتي تحمل اسمي «MR1» و«Giza Downtown». وقال رمضان إنه اختار بلده ومحافظته الجيزة بعد جولة حول العالم، موضحًا أنه يعمل على المشروع بالشراكة مع رجل الأعمال المصري محمد شبل، وأنهما استقرا على أكثر من موقع في القاهرة والجيزة لتنفيذ المشروع. وأشار إلى أن من أبرز المواقع التي وقع عليها الاختيار موقع مبنى مديرية أمن الجيزة السابق، واصفًا الموقع بأنه «جوهرة مصر»، لما يتمتع به من إطلالة يرى منها القاهرة والجيزة بالكامل. وأكد رمضان أن المشروع يستهدف تقديم تجربة تليق بمصر، مشيرًا إلى أن المفاوضات جارية حاليًا مع علامات تجارية عالمية كبرى لم تدخل السوق المصرية من قبل، على أن تكون متاحة ضمن مشروعي «MR1» و«Giza Downtown».Oracle's stock jumps 7% on earnings beat as cloud infrastructure revenue more than doubles
