«القابضة للنقل البحري» ترفض بيع حصتها في «الإسكندرية لتداول الحاويات»
أعلنت شركة الإسكندرية لتداول الحاويات والبضائع، عن تلقيها خطابًا من الشركة القابضة للنقل البحري والبري، يفيد بعدم رغبتها في بيع أي من الأسهم المملوكة لها في رأسمال شركة الإسكندرية لتداول الحاويات. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، أن ذلك يأتي بالإشارة إلى الإفصاح السابق بشأن نية شركة بلاك كاسبيان لوجيستكس هولدنج ليميتد – المالكة لنسبة 19.32% من أسهم الإسكندرية لتداول الحاويات – التقدم بعرض شراء إجباري محتمل وغير ملزم، للاستحواذ على النسبة المكملة للوصول إلى 90% من رأسمال الشركة. وأكدت الإسكندرية لتداول الحاويات أن خطاب القابضة للنقل البحري والبري تضمن صراحة عدم بيع أي أسهم ضمن هيكل ملكيتها بالشركة، في إطار التعامل مع عرض الشراء المحتمل.Cotton Weakness Extending to Friday AM Trade
