«القاهرة للدواجن» تستأجر مزرعة بوادي النطرون لإنتاج 2.5 مليون دجاجة سنويًا
أعلنت شركة القاهرة للدواجن عن اعتماد القوائم المالية المدققة والمجمعة للشركة عن الفترة المالية المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2025. وفي بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية، قرر المجلس دعوة الجمعية العامة غير العادية للنظر في الموافقة على الاندماج في بعض الشركات التابعة، وتعديل مواد النظام الأساسي بما يتوافق مع الآثار المترتبة على الاندماج. في إطار التوسع وزيادة الطاقة الإنتاجية، وافق المجلس على استئجار مزرعة دواجن جديدة في منطقة وادي النطرون بمحافظة البحيرة، على مساحة 31 ألف متر مربع، وستخصص المزرعة لإنتاج دجاج التسمين بسعة 2.5 مليون طائر سنويًا، بالإضافة إلى 3.6 مليون كتكوت تسمين سنويًا، ما يعزز قدرة الشركة على تلبية الطلب المتزايد في السوق المحلي.Before there were Trump Accounts, SEED OK gave some newborns $1,000 — how researchers say the grants affected kids
