«القلعة» تحصل على 63 مليون دولار تعويضات من «أسمنت زهانة» بالجزائر
أعلنت شركة القلعة القابضة أن شركتها التابعة آسيك للأسمنت – التي تمتلك فيها القلعة نحو 70% – حصلت على تأييد من المحاكم الفرنسية لحكم التحكيم الدولي الصادر لصالحها من غرفة التجارة الدولية (ICC) ضد شركة أسمنت زهانة بالجزائر. وذكرت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، أن الحكم الصادر لصالح آسيك للأسمنت يتضمن تعويضات ومصاريف تتجاوز قيمتها الإجمالية 63 مليون دولار أمريكي، مؤكدة أن هذا التطور يعزز فرصها في تنفيذ الحكم والحصول على المبالغ المستحقة على شركة أسمنت زهانة. وأضافت القلعة أن آسيك للأسمنت ستتخذ جميع الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة لتنفيذ الحكم، وسيتم الإعلان عن أي مستجدات فور حدوثها. وشددت الشركة على أن هذه القضية مستقلة تمامًا عن قضية التحكيم الأكبر التي سبق أن رفعتها القلعة وآسيك للأسمنت ضد الحكومة الجزائرية.OpenAI proposes development of global AI standards to guide alignment, RSI
