«القلعة» تسدد كامل الديون المستحقة على «المصرية للتكرير»
أعلنت شركة القلعة للاستثمارات المالية أن شركتها التابعة المصرية للتكرير، والتي تمتلك فيها حصة تبلغ نحو 13%، نجحت في سداد كامل ديونها الرئيسية، في خطوة تعزز مركزها المالي وتفتح المجال أمام بدء توزيع الأرباح على المساهمين. وقالت الشركة، في بيان للبورصة المصرية، إن سداد الديون الرئيسية يمهد لإمكانية توزيع أرباح على المساهمين، وذلك بعد الحصول على موافقة الجمعية العامة، مشيرة إلى أن الشركة تواصل في الوقت نفسه تنفيذ خطتها لخفض المديونية، حيث تستهدف سداد 200 مليون دولار من ديونها الثانوية. وكشفت القلعة أن صافي أرباح المصرية للتكرير خلال النصف الأول من عام 2026 بلغ نحو 375 مليون دولار، متضمنًا أرباحًا تقديرية لشهر يونيو بنحو 60 مليون دولار. وأوضحت أن النتائج تعكس تحولًا قويًا في الأداء المالي للشركة، مقارنة بصافي الخسائر التي سجلتها خلال النصف الأول من عام 2025، بما يؤكد تحسن ربحية الشركة واستقرار عملياتها التشغيلية.Meta’s $18 billion settlement puts TikTok and YouTube on notice.
