المالية تصدر صكوك «مزدوجة الشريحة» بقيمة 1.5 مليار دولار

أعلنت وزارة المالية عن تسعير إصدار صكوك مزدوجة الشريحة بقيمة 1.5 مليار دولار، وسط إقبال قوي من المستثمرين تجاوزت معه طلبات الاكتتاب 9 مليارات دولار، على أن يتم الإصدار في 7 أكتوبر 2025. وتتضمن الشريحة الأولى سندات صكوك لأجل 3.5 سنة بقيمة 700 مليون دولار بعائد 6.375% تستحق في 2029، بينما تشمل الشريحة الثانية سندات صكوك لأجل 7 سنوات بقيمة 800 مليون دولار بعائد 7.950% تستحق في 2032. ويبلغ متوسط تكلفة التمويل 7.2% لإصدار بآجال 5.25 عام، وهو أقل من العائد السائد حالياً على السندات المصرية «اليوروبوند» ذات الخمس سنوات البالغ 7.5%. سعر السندات المصرية وأوضحت الوزارة أنه تم تسعير شريحة الـ 3.5 سنة بفارق يقل 20 نقطة أساس عن سعر السندات المصرية المماثلة في السوق الثانوي، في حين جرى تسعير شريحة الـ 7 سنوات بفارق يقل 30 نقطة أساس عن السندات ذات نفس الآجال. مؤشرات المديونية الحكومية وأكد البيان أن وزارة المالية مستمرة في تنفيذ استراتيجيتها الهادفة لتحسين مؤشرات المديونية الحكومية، من خلال تنويع أدوات ومصادر التمويل وتوسيع قاعدة المستثمرين، بما يساهم في خفض تكلفة التمويل وإطالة عمر الدين، مع الاستمرار في العمل على خفض الدين الخارجي بشكل سنوي مستدام.
