«المالية» تعتزم طرح مناقصة لتنفيذ محطة لمعالجة الصرف الصناعي بالإسكندرية بـ70 مليون دولار
كشف عاطر حنورة، رئيس وحدة الشراكة مع القطاع الخاص بوزارة المالية، أن الوحدة تعتزم طرح مناقصة لتنفيذ محطة لمعالجة الصرف الصناعي في منطقة العامرية الصناعية بمحافظة الإسكندرية، بنظام الشراكة مع القطاع الخاص، بتكلفة استثمارية تتراوح بين 60 و70 مليون دولار. الانتهاء من إعداد ملف الطرح خلال أسابيع وأوضح حنورة في تصريحات لقناة العربية أن تجهيز ملف طرح المشروع سيُستكمل خلال فترة تتراوح بين 3 و4 أسابيع، وذلك بعد موافقة اللجنة العليا للمشاركة مع القطاع الخاص على نظام الطرح. وأشار إلى أنه سيتم أولاً إجراء تأهيل مسبق للشركات الراغبة في المنافسة، يعقبه طرح المناقصة على الشركات المؤهلة التي يمكنها شراء كراسة الشروط والمنافسة على تنفيذ المشروع. مشروعات مماثلة في الجيزة والبحيرة وأضاف أن هناك استعدادات لطرح مشروعات جديدة لإنشاء محطات صرف صناعي في منطقتي أبو رواش بالجيزة ومحافظة البحيرة، بنفس نظام الشراكة مع القطاع الخاص، ضمن خطة الدولة لتطوير البنية التحتية بالمناطق الصناعية على مستوى الجمهورية. مشروعات ألمانية لدعم الاستدامة يُذكر أن شركة BAMAG الألمانية، المتخصصة في تقنيات معالجة مياه الصرف الصناعي، تنفذ حالياً مشروع محطة لمعالجة مياه الصرف الصناعي بتحالف مع شركة صان مصر، باستثمارات تتجاوز 15 مليون يورو، بتمويل من الصناديق الأوروبية الداعمة للاستدامة.California's billionaire tax: What's at risk for the biggest state economy in America
