«المركزي الصيني» يبقي على أسعار الفائدة دون تغيير
أبقى البنك المركزي الصيني، اليوم الأربعاء، على أسعار الفائدة الرئيسية على القروض دون تغيير عند مستوياتها الحالية. سعر الفائدة الرئيسي وبلغ سعر الفائدة الرئيسي للقروض لمدة سنة واحدة في الصين، وهو سعر إقراض قياسي قائم على السوق، 3% اليوم الأربعاء، ليستقر دون تغيير عن الشهر السابق. فائدة القروض لأكثر من خمس سنوات كما استقر سعر الفائدة الرئيسي للقروض لأكثر من خمس سنوات، والذي يُستخدم كمرجع رئيسي لتحديد أسعار الرهن العقاري، عند 3.5% دون تغيير، وفقاً للمركز الوطني للتمويل بين البنوك. وتعكس أسعار الفائدة الرئيسية للقروض مستوى تكاليف التمويل للأسر والشركات، حيث يؤدي انخفاض الفائدة إلى تخفيف أعباء الاقتراض، بما يدعم الاستثمار والاستهلاك. كما أظهرت البيانات استمرار انخفاض أسعار الفائدة على القروض الجديدة في الصين، إذ بلغ متوسط سعر الفائدة المرجح على قروض الشركات الجديدة في أبريل نحو 3.1%، منخفضاً بنحو 20 نقطة أساس مقارنة بالشهر نفسه من العام السابق. فيما بلغ متوسط سعر الفائدة المرجح على قروض الإسكان الشخصي الجديدة 3.1%، بانخفاض بنحو 6 نقاط أساس مقارنة بذات الشهر من عام 2025. ووفقاً لتقرير عمل الحكومة الصيني، تعتزم بكين مواصلة تنفيذ سياسة مالية أكثر استباقية وسياسة نقدية تيسيرية معتدلة خلال عام 2026.Tropical Storm Edouard could reach hurricane strength as it approaches Texas and Louisiana
