«المركزي» يطرح صكوك سيادية بـ 5 مليارات جنيه الاثنين المقبل
أعلن البنك المركزي المصري، عن طرح صكوك سيادية ذات عائد ثابت يوم الإثنين المقبل 13 يوليو 2026، وذلك بقيمة إجمالية تبلغ 5 مليارات جنيه، وبأجل استحقاق يمتد إلى 3 سنوات. موعد الاستحقاق وأضاف البنك المركزي أن موعد استحقاق الصكوك سيكون في 14 يوليو 2029، على أن يتم صرف العائد للمستثمرين بصورة نصف سنوية طوال مدة الإصدار. وتعد الصكوك السيادية إحدى أدوات التمويل المتوافقة مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية، وتستخدمها الدولة لتمويل مشروعاتها المختلفة، باعتبارها بديلًا للأدوات التقليدية مثل السندات. كما تسهم في تنويع مصادر التمويل، وخفض تكلفة الاقتراض، إلى جانب توفير عائد ثابت وتدفقات نقدية منتظمة للمستثمرين. لجنة السياسة النقدية وفي سياق أخر تعقد لجنة السياسة النقدية بالبنك المركزي المصري الاجتماع الرابع لعام 2026 اليوم الخميس الموافق 9 يوليو 2026، لبحث أسعار الفائدة على الإيداع والإقراض. أخر القرارات وكان قد قرر البنك المركزي في أخر اجتماعاته يوم الخميس الموافق 21 مايو 2026 الإبقاء على سعري عائد الإيداع والإقراض لليلة واحدة وسعر العملية الرئيسية للبنك المركزي عند 19.0% و20.0% و19.5%، على الترتيب.Veeco Instruments Reaches Analyst Target Price
