«المصرية العقارية» توضح الدعاوى القضائية الخاصة بأصول مرهونة
أصدرت شركة المجموعة المصرية العقارية بيانًا توضيحيًا بشأن الدعاوى القضائية المقامة ضدها من قبل البنك المصرفية العربية الدولية، والمرتبطة برهن عدد من أصول الشركة لضمان عقد تمويل ممنوح لشركة تارجيت للاستثمار العقاري والتنمية. وأوضحت الشركة، في إفصاح للبورصة المصرية ردًا على استفساراتها، أن النزاع يشمل عقار شارع شهاب بالمهندسين، الذي تبلغ قيمته التقديرية نحو 175 مليون جنيه ويمثل حوالي 38% من أصول الشركة العقارية، ومن المقرر نظر القضية رقم 488 لسنة 19ق أمام المحكمة الاقتصادية في 20 يوليو 2026. وأضافت أن النزاع يشمل أيضًا أرض شارع التحرير بالدقي، التي تقدر قيمتها بنحو 97.5 مليون جنيه وتمثل حوالي 21% من أصول الشركة، حيث تنظر المحكمة الاقتصادية القضية رقم 886 لسنة 2024 شمال الجيزة في جلسة 30 يوليو 2026. وفيما يتعلق بالدعوى رقم 167 لسنة 18ق اقتصادي القاهرة، أوضحت الشركة أنها تدخلت هجوميًا لحماية حقوقها في نزاع يتعلق بعقد قرض بين أطراف أخرى، إلا أن المحكمة قضت في 30 مارس 2026 برفض تدخلها وإلزامها بالمصروفات. وأكدت المجموعة المصرية العقارية أنها طعنت على الحكم أمام محكمة النقض في الطعن رقم 17485 لسنة 9ق، والمحدد لنظره جلسة 12 نوفمبر 2026، مشددة على استمرارها في اتخاذ جميع الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة للحفاظ على حقوقها ومكتسباتها.Wheat Extends to 3-year Highs on Thursday
