«المصرية للاتصالات» تعيّن إسماعيل محمد سعيد نائبًا للرئيس التنفيذي للشؤون الفنية
وافق مجلس إدارة الشركة المصرية للاتصالات على تعيين إسماعيل محمد سعيد نائبًا للرئيس التنفيذي للشؤون الفنية، على أن يبدأ تنفيذ القرار اعتبارًا من 30 نوفمبر المقبل. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، أن هذا القرار يأتي في إطار إعادة هيكلة بعض المناصب القيادية داخل الشركة. وفي وقت سابق، أعلنت الشركة المصرية للاتصالات أن مجلس إدارتها وافق مبدئيًا، على العرض الملزم المقدم من شركة هيليوس للاستثمار للاستحواذ على حصة تتراوح بين 75% و80% من شركة تابعة ستؤول إليها ملكية مجمع مراكز البيانات الإقليمي RDH. شراكة استراتيجية أوضحت الشركة أن الصفقة تستهدف تأسيس شراكة استراتيجية بين الطرفين في مجال مراكز البيانات، حيث ستحتفظ المصرية للاتصالات بنسبة تتراوح بين 20% و25% من الشركة بعد استكمال عملية إعادة هيكلة الأصول محل الصفقة. التقييم المالي يتضمن عرض هيليوس تقييمًا لمجمع مراكز البيانات لا يقل عن 230 مليون دولار، على أن يتم سداد المقابل بناءً على هذا التقييم عند إتمام الصفقة، مع إمكانية زيادته إلى 260 مليون دولار في حال تحقق بعض مؤشرات الأداء التي سيتم النص عليها في العقود النهائية.After-Hours Earnings Report for July 23, 2026 : INTC, NEM, FIX, DLR, EW, HIG, VRSN, OVV, SSNC, DECK, SMMT, SSB
