«المطورين العقاريين»: 300% زيادة في أسعار العقارات في آخر 3 سنوات
قال محمد البستاني رئيس جمعية المطورين العقاريين، أن أسعار العقارات ارتفعت في آخر 3 سنوات بنسبة 300%. وأوضح “البستاني”، في لقاء مع الإعلامي أحمد موسى ، مقدم برنامج علي مسئوليتي ، المذاع عبر قناة صدى البلد ، مساء اليوم الثلاثاء ، أن الزيادة طبيعية بسبب ارتباطة بالدولار ، مؤكداً أن لا توجد فقاعة عقارية في مصر. أن الذهب يحافظ على ثروتك والعقار يصنع ثروتك، متابعا أن العقار دائما هناك احتياج له من كل البشر. الحفاظ على القيمة وأشار إلى أن العقار يحفظ قيمة ويحقق عائد ويسمى انه يزيد مع الوقت، مستدركا أن في 2024 المواطن ذهب العقار للحفاظ على ثروته مع ارتفاع الدولار بالسوق السوداء. أكد رئيس جمعية المطورين العقاريين، أن الفضة تدخل في صناعات كثيرة واصبح هناك اقبالا عليها. موضحاً أن الذهب والفضة مهمين في الاقتصاد، مضيفا أن الفضة عملت في العام الماضي ارتفاع كبير. واضاف محمد البستاني، أن الدول الكبري بتمرجح العالم كله وترفع الاسعار ويدخل المستثمرين وتبدأ المضاربات.Dollar Gains as Crude Oil Prices and T-Note Yields Surge
