الموافقة على مد فترة عرض شراء أسهم «القاهرة للخدمات التعليمية»
وافقت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية على طلب شركة القاهرة للاستثمار والتنمية العقارية “سيرا للتعليم” بمد فترة سريان عرض الشراء المقدم لأسهم شركة القاهرة للخدمات التعليمية ش.م.م. لمدة 10 أيام عمل إضافية، ليصبح انتهاء العرض يوم 13 أكتوبر 2025 بدلاً من 28 سبتمبر 2025. ويأتي هذا القرار بعد تقديم طلب رسمي من الشركة، بهدف شراء ما يصل إلى 2,470,810 سهم، بما يمثل 20.06% من أسهم الشركة المستهدفة، على أن يكون سعر السهم الواحد 32.7 جنيهًا مصريًا، وفقًا لأحكام الباب الثاني عشر من اللائحة التنفيذية لقانون رقم 95 لسنة 1992. وأوضحت الهيئة أنه لا مانع لديها من تمديد فترة العرض، بما يتيح للشركة إتمام عمليات الشراء ضمن المدة الجديدة، مع الالتزام بالقواعد المنظمة لقيد الأوراق المالية بالبورصة المصرية.Powerful nor'easter causes coastal flooding and knocks out power to parts of the northeast U.S.
