«النساجون الشرقيون» تشارك في زيادة رأس مال «أفكو» بـ188.5 مليون جنيه
أعلنت شركة النساجون الشرقيون للسجاد موافقتها على المشاركة في زيادة رأس مال شركتها التابعة الشركة المصرية للألياف – أفكو، وذلك في إطار خطط دعم التوسعات وتعزيز القدرة الإنتاجية لتلبية احتياجات السوق. وذكرت الشركة، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، أن أفكو تعتزم زيادة رأسمالها المصدر من 100 مليون جنيه إلى 377.69 مليون جنيه بالقيمة الاسمية البالغة 10 جنيهات للسهم، وذلك ضمن الحدود المرخص بها. وأوضحت النساجون الشرقيون أن نسبة مساهمتها الحالية في الشركة تبلغ نحو 68%، وقد وافق مجلس الإدارة على المشاركة في الزيادة المقترحة بإجمالي 188.47 مليون جنيه حفاظًا على نسبتها القائمة. وأضاف البيان أنه في حال عدم مشاركة باقي المساهمين في الزيادة، قد ترتفع مساهمة النساجون الشرقيون إلى 277.69 مليون جنيه، بما يرفع حصتها إلى نحو 91% من إجمالي أسهم شركة أفكو. وأكدت الشركة أن هذه الخطوة تأتي بهدف تمويل توسعات الشركة المصرية للألياف ودعم قدرتها على تغطية الطلب المتزايد على منتجاتها من السجاد غير المنسوج، باعتبارها واحدة من الشركات الرائدة في هذا القطاع.Assurant Achieves #18 Analyst Rank, Surpassing Targa Resources Corp
