«النصر للأعمال المدنية» تستهدف زيادة رأس المال إلى 360 مليون جنيه
وافقت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية على نشر تقرير الإفصاح الخاص بشركة النصر للأعمال المدنية، تمهيدًا للسير في إجراءات دعوة الجمعية العامة غير العادية للنظر في زيادة رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع. وأوضحت الهيئة، أن الشركة تعتزم شركة النصر للأعمال المدنية رفع رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع من 210 ملايين جنيه إلى 360 مليون جنيه، بزيادة قدرها 150 مليون جنيه، من خلال دعوة قدامى المساهمين للاكتتاب في أسهم زيادة نقدية بالقيمة الاسمية البالغة جنيهًا واحدًا للسهم، مع تداول حق الاكتتاب منفصلًا عن السهم الأصلي. وأشارت الهيئة إلى ضرورة التزام الشركة بعرض دراسة جدوى تفصيلية على الجمعية العامة غير العادية، توضح أوجه استخدام حصيلة زيادة رأس المال والعوائد المتوقعة على المساهمين، كما تلتزم الشركة بإدراج تفاصيل استخدام متحصلات الزيادة ضمن تقرير مجلس الإدارة المعروض على الجمعية العامة بنهاية كل سنة مالية خلال السنتين الماليتين التاليتين، وفقًا لقواعد القيد بالبورصة المصرية. وأكدت الهيئة عدم ممانعتها في نشر تقرير الإفصاح على شاشات الإعلانات بالبورصة المصرية، مع اتخاذ الشركة لكافة الإجراءات القانونية والتنظيمية اللازمة في هذا الشأن.Jim Cramer sees a big risk to the bull market resurfacing — and it's not the Iran war
