«النصر للأعمال المدنية» تنفذ مرافق بمشروع «أورجامي – سراي» بقيمة 462.8 مليون جنيه
أعلنت شركة النصر للأعمال المدنية عن إسناد أعمال تنفيذ عدد من شبكات المرافق الأساسية بمشروع “أورجامي – سراي” من جانب شركة مدينة مصر للإسكان والتعمير، وذلك بقيمة تقديرية تبلغ 462.799 مليون جنيه، في خطوة تعزز حجم أعمال الشركة في قطاع البنية التحتية والمشروعات العمرانية. وأوضحت الشركة، في إفصاح مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، أن نطاق الأعمال يشمل تنفيذ شبكات مياه الشرب والري، وشبكات الصرف الصحي، وشبكات الكهرباء، بالإضافة إلى أعمال تأسيس الطرق داخل المشروع، بما يسهم في استكمال أعمال البنية الأساسية اللازمة للتطوير. وأضافت أن مدة تنفيذ المشروع تبلغ 14 شهرًا، وفقًا للعقد المبرم مع شركة مدينة مصر للإسكان والتعمير، على أن يتم الانتهاء من جميع الأعمال خلال الفترة الزمنية المحددة. ويأتي هذا التعاقد في إطار استمرار تنفيذ أعمال البنية التحتية بمشروع “أورجامي – سراي”، أحد المشروعات التابعة لشركة مدينة مصر للإسكان والتعمير، بما يدعم خطط تطوير المشروع وتهيئة المرافق الأساسية وفق الجدول الزمني المستهدف.
